Online Breathwork & Chocolate


Most Sundays you can join me on a journey to the cacao trees. Through guided meditation, breathwork and your own senses you calm down your nervous system and become more present in your body. Our senses are often overstimulated and our nervous system activated. I hope that this session can give you balance and joy, as you discover a full sensory experience with chocolate.

All you need to join this class is two pieces of chocolate (both pieces being the same). I’m always happy to share chocolate recommendations, but you don’t have to make it complicated today.
